The capacity of SLB series Mobile Asphalt Plant ranges 2t/h to 10t/h.
The structure principle of the machine is shown in Figure 1 and 2. It is composed of five major parts — Mixing system; Dust removal system; Generator set; hot melt kettle and feeding system. Mixing drum heating temperature from room temperature to 260°; the heating temperature of the hot melt kettle is set from room temperature to 200° according to the actual situation, and the temperature is automatically controlled. The Mixing system is composed of Mixing drum, motor No. 1, motor No. 2 and large burner. The Mixing drum is powered by an old toothed disc modified for an advanced wheel drive. When working, the mixing drum rotates and the mixing is carried out by internal gear. Dust removal system is composed of two fans and water pump, so as to achieve double dust removal. The feeding system is composed of feeding rack, feeding hopper and self-locking hoist unit. The generator set adopts Weifang Yifa diesel generator set (30KW).
