ECSM-TE160 trailer crack sealing machine is a compact machine designed to seal the cracks or joints in the asphalt or concrete pavement surface, assure pavement performance and prolong road service life. It’s consists of oil jacketed kettle, heating system, pump system, control system, power system and travelling system.

1. Oil Jacketed Kettle: The kettle is oil jacketed, 160-liter/40-gallon capacity, enough for small scale works; 1-meter loading height eases the operators’ workload and reduces work injury, and the loading gate is suitable for sealant of the main suppliers on the market. With self-lubricating agitator, no need greasing manually, convenient to maintain.

2. Heating System: Its heating system consists of a burner, a 45-degree downward combustion chamber and a transfer oil layer, the heat transfer oil is heated by the burner through combustion chamber, providing indirect heating to the sealant, never burning the sealant.

3. Pump system: Pump system pump the material from the kettle through the hose and sealing tip, and then jet the material in to the pavement cracks. External pump, easy to access and maintain, ensure sealing pressure and quality.

4 meters electric heated hose with super flexibility makes for a working coverage of 360 degree.

Variable sealing tips for different cracks to ensure desired sealing results, and easy to replace.

4. Control System: Centralized temperature controller. Dual digital LCD temperature controller displays both the real time and set temperatures of heat transfer oil, sealant, and electric heated hose, and automatically control the heating process.

Sealing wand with switch mounted on it to control the material pump remotely, convenient for operation and saves sealant.

5. Power system: Honda gasoline engine generator features high efficiency and low level of noise and air pollution.

6. Walking system: Safety design standard trailer, greatly improve the working stability and safety, a self walking motor is optional for convenient movement in small area.
