WR400/450D is suitable for road, city roads, squares, docks, parking lots and other projects of the grass-roots, ground-level stable soil site in-place mixing operation, but also applicable to low-grade road construction operations. Mixable I, II soil and stable materials, allowing the addition of stone with a particle size of less than 40mm to the mixing material, as well as grade III, IV soil or stable soil materials.
Characteristics
• It adopts NTA855-C450 diesel engine, which features advanced fuel system and inlet and exhaust system, strong power and good performance. * With rotor technology, the milling cutters and cutter holders feature reasonable design and high milling accuracy. * It adopts the drive axle which has advanced design, reasonable structure, and reliable manufacturing quality. * The steering system has multiple steering modes like front axle steering, rear axle steering, and combined steering, which increases the effective work time. * It adopts the drive axle which has advanced design, reasonable structure, and reliable manufacturing quality. The milling rotor is driven by high-speed variable motor and reducer. * The traveling system includes two speed modes, namely high speed mode and low speed mode. The front/rear axles are steering drive axles (Optional rear steering axle is available) to realize four-wheel steering and the installed low-pressure wide-base isolated-pattern tires feature stable operation and high adhesion. * The engine includes advanced functions, including online display, malfunction diagnosis, and malfunction warning. In addition, the data can be more directly read by the installed display. * The hydraulic system adopts imported product of world-famous brand, which has the advantages like high allowed pressure, high efficiency, low noise, and complete functions; the pump is integrated with pressure limit valve, high-pressure safety valve, bypass valve and etc, which simplifies the hydraulic system for easy installation and service. * The cab is installed at the front which has a wide view; it is equipped with audio system, luxury seat, air conditioner, warm-air blower, and etc. providing a comfortable environment for higher work efficiency.steering, which increases the effective work time.
