Bitumen 90/15 is the soft grade of oxidized bitumen with softening port 90C + 5 and penetration 15 +5 desimillimiter. Bitumen 90/15 is semi-solid with some flexibility compared hard grades.
How produce bitumen 90/15?
Bitumen is a type of hydrocarbon and after the destination and removal of hydrogen more carbon will remove and become harder. By injecting hot air into bitumen 90/15 the oxygen of air will combine with the hydrogen of the bitumen and make H2O and vapor and the remain bitumen has more carbon content and is called oxidized bitumen.
Packing and method of peeling
We can supply bitumen 90/15 in 25Kg meltable bag,50Kg meltable bag,25Kg craft bag,50Kg craft bags,25Kg carton boxes. In a 20ft container, we can supply 22.8MT bulk or pallet. In case you are looking for drum packing it is possible in 185Kg Net and 220Kg drum.
Usage and application

It is used for isolation and insulation of concrete surface coating, pipe coating, asphalt shingle, bottom sealing of carpet, paint and primer, mastic and membrane roof sheet, laminate and adhesive, roofing and flooring, and enamel.

Safety of usage and work
When asphalt 90/15 is in room temperature it is 100% safe and just should be in a proper storage warehouse to be away from acid and fire but whenever it is on high temperature need to care about since the temperature is more than 230 centigrade.
