What is Bituemen 75/25

Bitumen 75/25  is hard and breakable bitumen with softening port 75C + 5 and penetration 25 +5 desimillimiter. To be able to test the softening point of bitumen 75/25, need to use other high-temperature fluid instead of water like liquid paraffin or silicone fluid to do not vapour during the test.(water will vapor on 100C).The test should be arranged in ISO mode means in a controlled temperature at 25C and P:1 atmosphere.

How bitumen 75/25 produce?

Bitumen is a type hydrocarbon and after destination and remove of hydrogen more carbon will remove and become harder. By injecting hot air to bitumen the oxygen of air will combine with hydrogen of bitumen and make H2O and vapour and the remain bitumen is more carbon content and called oxidized bitumen.

We are able to supply bitumen 75/25 in 25Kg meltable bag,50Kg meltable bag,25Kg craft bag,50Kg craft bag,25Kg carton box. In 20ft container we can supply 22.8MT bulk or pallet. In case you are looking for drum packing it is possible in 185Kg Net and 220Kg drum.

Bitumen 75/25 using for isolation and insulation and concrete surface coating, pipe coating, asphalt shingle, bottom sealing of carpet, paint and primer, mastic and membrane roof sheet, laminate and adhesive, roofing and flooring  and enamel.

Safety of usage and work

When it is in room temperature it is 100% safe and just should be in proper storage warehouse to be away from acid and fire but whenever it is on high temperature need to care about since the temperature is more than 230 centigrade.
